Can other people from my institution attend?
Yes, availability permitting. Space is available on a first come first served basis. If your colleague is interested in attending, you may either (a) register him/her at the same time you register; or (b) forward the event link (http://ebscousergroup.eventbrite.com) and have them register directly.
How many hotel rooms are available per institution?
Hotel accommodations are available on a first come first served basis, and will be available until the event is at capacity.
I’ve already signed up, but now I have a conflict, can I change my registration details so that a designee may attend?
Yes, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to change registration details.
What happens if I need to cancel my registration?
Registered guests may cancel their registration. In the confirmation email that you received from Eventbrite, click on the link to edit your reservation. If you have any problems, contact us at email@example.com

What meals are included in the event?
Breakfast and lunch for both Wednesday and Thursday, as well as breaks both days. On Wednesday evening, there will be the IET Networking Reception—where refreshments will be served.
What about breaks?
Yes! All breaks have been sponsored by IET/Inspec.
What is happening on Tuesday evening?
At this time, there are no organized events, but you can register to meet one-on-one with a Library Service Engineer.
What is happening on Wednesday evening?
On Wednesday evening, there will be a Networking Reception, sponsored by IET/Inspec.
Can special dietary requests be considered?
We will strive to work with attendees on dietary restrictions. All provided meals will include a vegetarian option. If you have severe food allergies please contact email@example.com. More information will be made available as we get closer to the event.
Will wifi be available at the conference?
That is the plan! Hotel accommodations include guest room connectivity. And we are also working toward making it available in the event space as well.
What days are included with the hotel accommodations?
Subsidized hotel accommodations are for checkin Tuesday, October 24th (after 3pm) and checkout Thursday, October 26th.

Can I change my hotel reservation?
If you would like to extend you stay in either direction, you will be able to do so at your expense and hotel availability. Please do this directly with the hotel.
I’m a presenter, do I have to register?
Yes, everyone needs to register. The registration process helps with attendance.

I am planning to drive to the event, where shall I park?
Please visit the hotel website to learn more about parking options. At this time, parking expenses are not included in your registration.
Does the hotel have ADA compliant rooms and meeting space?
The hotel does have ADA compliant accommodations. If you have specific needs, please follow up with firstname.lastname@example.org.
