Can other people from my institution attend?
Yes, availability permitting. Space is available on a first come first served basis. If your colleague is interested in attending, you may either (a) register him/her at the same time you register; or (b) forward the event link (registration opening soon) and have them register directly.
How many hotel rooms are available per institution?
Hotel accommodations are available on a first come first served basis, and will be available until the event is at capacity.
I’ve already signed up, but now I have a conflict, can I change my registration details so that a designee may attend?
Yes, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to change registration details.
What happens if I need to cancel my registration?
Registered guests may cancel their registration. In the confirmation email that you received from Eventbrite, click on the link to edit your reservation. If you have any problems, contact us at email@example.com

What meals are included in the event?
Breakfast and lunch for both Thursday and Friday, as well as breaks both days.
What about breaks?
Yes! All breaks have been sponsored by IET/Inspec.
Can special dietary requests be considered?
We will strive to work with attendees on dietary restrictions. All provided meals will include various options. Please note your dietary restrictions during the registration process.
Will wifi be available at the conference?
That is the plan! Hotel accommodations include guest room connectivity. And we are also working toward making it available in the event space as well.
Once I’ve registered for the meeting, how do I get my hotel reservation?
Can I change my hotel reservation?
If you would like to extend you stay in either direction, you will be able to do so at your expense and hotel availability. Please do this directly with the hotel.
When are the dates for the call for submissions?
Submission will open Thursday, January 24, 2019. The deadline for submissions is Friday, March 29, 2019.
I’m a presenter, do I have to register?
Yes, everyone needs to register. The registration process helps with attendance.
Does the hotel have ADA compliant rooms and meeting space?
The hotel does have ADA compliant accommodations. If you have specific needs, please follow up with email@example.com.
